drop radiation tag from HIP figure

I would suggest to drop the "radiation" tag from the HIP figure. The HIP effect is an instantaneous thing happening in the readout chip, not anything that evolves with irradiation. Maybe the "radiation" tag in any case could be improved/changed. Possibly changing it to "irradiation" is an option as this more clearly suggests an integrated effect of some kind. @musich suggested sth like "radiation monitoring" in a separate discussion. Opinions?
