Preview List subtitle does not appear inline when setting pattern settings to default

Summary

Component: Preview List Issue: When setting pattern settings to Default the fields that normally should appear inline (News Format, Date, Topic), stop appearing inline and drop to the next line.

Steps to reproduce

Create a display that re-uses the Preview List pattern
Set it to render with Default pattern settings
Add it in a view

Possible fixes

Set display: inline-block for the mentioned fields
