Cern70 WordPress capacity assessment

Following Joachim's alert regarding high traffic in September on the WordPress instance, I propose that we have an assessment of the following:

• What is the current response time
• How can we scale if we need
• What is the maximum acceptable response time
• Should we introduce monitoring to cern70.cern ?
