Introduced xAOD::details::AuxStoreBase.

It is meant to reduce the code duplication between
xAOD::TAuxStore and xAOD::RAuxStore.

Plotting script updated to ignore EM layer

Functionality was added to plot Tile gains only.
In addition, some cleanup of this very old script wss performed.
Also, inconsistent python indentation was fixed throughout the file
to make future development easier.

use pdg_id() rather than pid().
