ADC non linearity correction

Jean-Baptiste De Vivie De Regie requested to merge 21.2_EGammaCalibFinal into LayerCorrection_21.2

This is trying to implement the ADC non linearity correction into the egamma energy calibration tool.

A new class has been introduced (from @gunal), that does the correction (depending on etaCalo, ET and the particle type). An uncertainty about 30% of the correction is also introduced (to be checked and size to be discussed)
