Jean-Baptiste De Vivie De Regie requested to merge 21.2_EGammaFinalCalibConvUncer into LayerCorrection_21.2

This MR puts Elena's numbers for energy bias due to photon misclassification data/MV diff in the tool (https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLASEG-256)

It does also some cleaning for more readability (?).
