Bpm acquisition changes

We removed the deprecated Samples property used in BPM data acquisition, as they are no longer supported by the XenericSampler. Following the instruction of Jean-Michel, we replaced that by the SamplesFromTrigger.

Also, with @pkorysko we updated the laser power meter.

After merging this, I propose we merge to master.
