New Production Script for CLIC productions

• Add tests
• Allow giving list of ProdIDs to generate a number of production chains
• Instead of True/False give list of production types to create (gen, split, sim, rec)
• Pick the default configuration and software version from the config system to avoid changing the script for newer versions (Operations/Production/CLIC)
