Drop the ILCDIRAC folder with the links so we can directly tag in the gitlab GUI adapted the ilcdirac mirroring https://gitlab.cern.ch/CLICdp/iLCDirac/GithubMirror to use a branch which keeps the ILCDIRAC folder for landscape
