CHANGE: the :class:ILCDIRAC.Interfaces.API.NewInterface.ProductionJob.ProductionJob function setClicConfig was renamed to setCLICConfig to correspond to the spelling in UserJob.
CHANGE: the setConfigPackage functions are now defined in :class:ILCDIRAC.Interfaces.API.NewInterface.Job.Job, with specialisations in UserJob or ProductionJob, solves ILCDIRAC-865
