[v26r0] Fixes for DIRAC v6r15

For ILCDIRAC-669

Adapt to changed interfaces as far as pylint finds them (gMonitor, sortlist)

Fix a test that was mocking also in all other tests (via importlib)

Disable SL5 based tests for now

make the .pylintrc a link to the one in .gitlabci.d

remove deprecated options from pylintrc

Some tests are still failing because DIRAC is broken
