[v26r0] Fix se tests

  • Installed test instance for v6r15, running FileCatalog, needed to test SEs
  • removed "lfn:" prefix, which is not necessary
  • added option to run against ILC-Test, or other things in the future.
  • Removed XROOTStorage from ILCDIRAC
  • added random element for tests, so there shouldn't be any interference when some are running in parallel
