Development for integration of charge particle motion in magnetic field

Includes new classes for the integration of the motion of charged particles in a non-uniform magnetic field. Currently there are separate classes for the scalar and vector integration, as there are several additional copies of data in vector mode. Future revisions will reduce copying of data.
