Agheata/field usage

This PR implements some consistent changes of the FullCMS example and benchmarks to be able to use a field map propagator in both GeantV and Geant4 applications. It allows changing also the basket size independently for MSC, field and physics, and fixes a tune for the automatic enabling/disabling of basketization. There is also a fix for the track time accounting for gammas.
