FSL: direct the output of fullSimLigh/gmclash to a window inside the GUI
Currently, when we click on the "gmclash" or "fullsimLigh" buttons on the FSL window, "nothing happens"... That is, the programs are started (provided #48 is fixed) in the underlying terminal, but users do not see anything in the FSL window. Therefore, if they don't think about looking in the terminal window, they think they didn't start anything.
We should direct the output of fullSimLigh/gmclash to a window inside the GUI, to let users see what is happening. Or, at least, pop up a message, or a progress bar spinning, or something to let them know something is happening behind the curtain.
