Add a tolerance threshold optional flag to gmclash - ignore clashes below the threshold

Add a tolerance threshold optional flag to gmclash (-t). The default value is zero. If the flag is used a distance in millimeters must be indicated. Then gmclash ignores clashes below that threshold value.
