Fix gmgeantino compatibility with Geant4.11

Update gmgeantino to be compatible with the latest developments in the G4Analysis package introduced in Geant4 11. This is necessary in particular to deal with the migration of all specific and generic analysis manager and reader classes to G4ThreadLocalSingleton. After this migration the singleton instances are deleted by the Geant4 kernel, so their deletion has to be removed from the client code.
