I had to add a couple of packages to make geomodel compile on my ubuntu wsl distribution

Which version of Ubuntu? And you had to add these packages only WSL or also on a "full" local installation?

Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS. I can't answer the second question because I've no machine running natively with linux

Hi Johannes. It's true that there are extra prerequisites for the ubuntu build. However the versions you have added are buggy and don't reflect recent developments. We built our own version of these packages from the Coin git repository and we distribute them in my ubuntu package archive together with the geomodel packages. So if you don't mind I'm going to revise your revision (to the documentation).

Sure fine with me. I was just adding packages until it compiled on my local WSL machine. But I'm expierencing a segfault in my attempts running gmcat. So maybe that's because of the buggy versions in the repo.
