Add "CTest" tests to the GeoModel CI pipeline

This MR adds the possibility to run in the CI pipeline the CTest tests recently introduced.

This adds an extra step to the CI pipeline, which is triggered after the full build on Ubuntu and runs all tests gathered within the GeoModel code base.
