Another collapse fix

I noted that the sTGCs were collapsed into one point. The envelope is spanning over both sTGC multiplets thus far.

This patch restores the old behaviour:

I have no issues with merging this one. However, once it gets merged, a new set of pipelines will be triggered, and based on the experience with the recently merged !244 (merged) two of the jobs will likely fail:

build_docker_full
build_docker_light

As I wrote in my comment on !244 (merged), the compilation failures are related to VP1 and Qt, not to this MR and likely not to !244 (merged) either.

What shall we do about them?
