Introduce GeoDeDuplicator

Introduce the GeoDeDuplicator into the GeoModelFuncSnippets. It's a standalone class that encapsulates the deduplication mechanism.

Element2GeoItem inherits from the GeoDeDuplicator --> All Shapes are deduplicated

Deduplicate the GeoTransforms as well.
