Move R4 shapes to the new DB schema and I/O

This MR moves the shapes used in the ATLAS Run4 geometry studies (GeoTorus and GeoGenericTrap, both used by the HGTD subsystem) from the old DB schema to the new one, with update to the related I/O methods.
