Rename gmtogdml to gm2gdml, for consistency with gdml2gm

This MR renames gmtogdml to gm2gdml, for consistency with gdml2gm. The file geoModeltoGDML.cc is also renamed to geoModel2GDML.cc. The documentation is updated accordingly.
