Implements parallel I/O (Read, for the moment) & starts dropping Qt5

GeoModelRead now runs in multithreaded mode. Also, caches for built GeoModel nodes are now in place. Load time and memory footprint reduced.

Moreover, GeoModelRead is now free of Qt5.
