Adapt README for Ubuntu setup

Hi @rbianchi,

thanks for the hint with the DGEOMODEL_USE_BUILTIN_JSON flag for Ubuntu. Now, the compilation worked and with this setting of the LD_LIBRARY_PATH I can run gmex.
