Fix a bug in the filtering of jets used for the type 1 ptmiss correction.
Adjust the configuration and the implementation of this correction to match better what is done in CMSSW.
The nominal type 1 corrected ptmiss in 2016 without JER smearing has been cross-checked against the one from MiniAOD. I plan to show some details tomorrow.
