Add 'NrbTrees' analysis and trigger efficiencies
This MR involves a lot parts of the analysis, here are major changes:
- Implement a new analysis named 'NrbTrees' for tree-based NRB analysis and final templates.
- Add trigger scale factors and efficiencies as well as systematic variations for both main analysis and NRB kMethod(the method Ulascan proposed).
- Add more systematic variations for lepton selection efficiencies and scale factors.
- Separate thresholds of three btag working points for the NRB control region (the WP for main analysis remains unchanged).
- Add a new binary executable for handling NRB trees with weights(for alpha method and k-method reweighting v.s ptmiss).
I have tested with full 2016 analysis and don't expect any bugs that cause crashes, though some physics results might need interpretations.
