Remove tag-and-probe analysis

This analysis bears no relation with the rest of the repository in that it doesn't use repository-wide physics objects, weights, etc. If we find ourselves in the need to measure trigger scale factors, this should normally done in a very different kind of analysis with standard POG tools. Dropping this now also means one less thing to deal with when migrating to NanoAOD.
