Produce templates for eμ channel
In build_templates.py, add the eμ channel with a loosened cut pTmiss > 80 GeV. The produced histograms include only a single very wide bin, so events are simply counted and no shape information is used. Including that control region allows to constrain the overall normalization of tt + WW in situ.
