Produce per-era pileup profiles in data

Instead of pileup profiles integrated over the full year, produce an individual set of profiles for each data taking era. This will allow correlating pileup reweighting and trigger selection in the analysis framework.

I produced new files with pileup profiles and stored them under names pileup_profiles_data_v2.root in the standard locations for most recent campaigns.
