Vanilla Lxplus submitter

Since dask-lxplus doesn't seem to be straightforward to use, this PR introduces a simple vanilla job submitter for lxplus where each file is assigned to a single job in iterative mode.

Moreover, the API has been simplified and the possibility to individually specify workflow, taggers, etc. has been removed, leaving only the --json-analysis keyword.
