[SIGMON-443] tests update

Context

• Following the update of the QH analysis criteria (final voltage acceptance ranges) in the scope of https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/SIGMON-427, the tests needed to be updated
• With the newer mypy we need to add --no-namespace-packages so it works properly with our single-namespace solution
