[metadata quickfix] I_EARTH key for 'PC' in Nxcals unified

Unification requested by Per and Zinur concerning I_EARTH signal for PC in Nxcals:

  • I_EARTH_MA removed since the property is not populated
  • I_EARTH_PCNT should be under the I_EARTH_PCNT key
