Sigmon 289 replace featurebuilder

Context

• The scope is to delete the FeatureBuilder class to provide a thinner interface to the analysis methods

What was done

• Removed FeatureBuilder and its usages
• Replaced with a new methods which directly exposes the analysis methods

QA

• sonar.cern.ch is internal to the CERN network and I was not able to configure putty to proxy through lxplus...
• unit tests written
