SIGMON-291: replace signaltransformationbuilder

Context

• https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/SIGMON-291
• We wanted to have all the analysis methods in one place. We decided to move the features of SignalTransformationBuilder and SignalAnalysis to SignalProcessing.

What was done

• keypoints of the implementation / code changes
• why was this solution preferred over another?
