[SIGMON-336] Support CRYO system

Context

• task: https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/SIGMON-336
• Zinur wants to query the individual magnet temperatures from NXCALS.
• It seems that we already had CRYO system in the metadata but it wasn't working as expected.

• The resolution of the wildcard for the CRYO system added
