[SIGMON-649] logging grouping and filtering

• Task details As Zinur and Agnieszka I would like to see in AccTesting GUI only the logs relevant to MP3 members in the MP3-readable format. (datestrings instead of timestamps from epoch etc).

I would like to have a way to group/filter the logs based on the part of the analysis so I can print them below the relevant plots in the notebook.
