fix coverage report in gitlab
requested to merge SIGMON-625_implement_getDataInTimeWindowAndLastDataPriorToTimeWindowWithinDefaultInterval_equivalent_in_sigmon into dev
Fixes the coverage report,--cov-report xml:cov.xml wouldn't display any coverage infos in the logs, but gitlab uses a regex to get that info
