[SIGMON-466] fix swan

Context

What was done

  • I updated the dependencies, so the versions match the ones from 102b NXCALS PRO.
  • I re-run the notebooks and updated the references (It was needed due to NXCALS leaking DataFrame constructor is internal. Do not directly use it. warnings...)

The most recent pipeline failed. This is due to the format of the log with the source of the warning having changed (and we escape it during notebooks' comparison). There is a separate merge request for that: lhc-sm-notebook!33 (merged)
