[SIGMON-526] change pm_timestamps to timestamps

Just a quick fix, the main changes were already merged in the lhc-sm-api repo.

Context:

Another timestamp was added to the PIC2 analysis, but unlike the other ones which are queried from PM, this one is queried from NXCALS. Therefore, the variable name pm_timestamps needed to be renamed to a more generic timestamps
