Context

During a pull from dev I accidentlaly removed a couple of changes made from previous MR.
Couple of notebooks were failing during notebooks_exec CI script.

Fix import of lhcsmnb.utils
Fix append_to_column_name_to_column_name
Restored changes from previous MRs
