[SIGMON-200] add missing notebooks to the test

• fix for failing test
• 2 notebooks added to the tests: AN_RB_PLI2.f1 and AN_RQ_FPA

• no sonar
• code was not unit tested, because it's lhc-sm-hwc
• acceptance tests were updated (reference notebooks added)
