RQ_FPA reference update

Aleksandra Mnich requested to merge RQ_FPA_reference_update into dev

One of the plots has changed for AN_RQ_FPA computed in the test. The plots look the same but they are different (byte diff doesn't work anymore). Might be related to the metadata change Zinur and Per did and I pushed to dev on Friday.
