QHD CCC notebook: nxcals query fix

What was done

• query timespan corrected (QueryBuilder assumes local timezone not UTC for the date-like strings)
• QueryBuilder needs a more detailed type (e.g. IPQ2 not just IPQ)
• new references for the test added (since the query timespan was corrected)

TODO

• Clarify if the behaviour for the IPQs is correct
• Try to find a timespan for the test that would cover all types of circuits
