Replaced hadron rescattering parameters with new names, since model implementation changed from original paper.

Thermal tune files took parameter names from org Sjostrand-Fischer paper. But the modelling of hadronic rescattering was completely changed since then, with the new implementation by M. Utheim. Not sure if/how the old and new models are compatible, the ppTherm tune file has the new model switched on with default parameters, while ppThermNoScat has rescattering switched off, to gauge differences.
