Prepare MC reconstruction after changes to NA64MMConstruction in simulation framework
The one class taking care of the definition and placement of both Micromegas and GEM geometries in the na64-simulation package has been changed in favor of two separate classes NA64MicromegasConstruction and NA64GEMConstruction. Eventually, the idea is to also have the output in CaloHits separated for each tracker type and therefore we need to add a section in the p348reco.h to deal with this.
