Optimize reconstruction code for 2022B positrons

During 2022B, a total of about 1E10 E^+OT were collected. Due to the much higher hadronic contamination of the H4 beamline when operating in positive charge mode with respect to that when operating in negative charge mode (10% vs .5%, approximately), pile-up effects are more pronounced. The reconstruction code should be optimized for this.
