Drafts conversion of MSADC calibrations

Renat Dusaev requested to merge 57-2023e-sadc-detector-calib-conversion into master

calibs provided by V.Samoylenko in the form of para-xml format. This is a very preliminary copy of the calibs, probably will need some adjustments. Yet, Benjamin started to look at calorimeters, so merging this preliminary version can be useful.
