Add possibility to read S- and V-counters data from MC

Hi @akorneev, a quick update to p348reco.h to allow reading data from scintillators. @kirsanov, I followed the general idea to use "long names", hence I called the two entries "TRIGS" for S-Counters and "TRIGV" for "V-couters".
