adapting set-up to run a tutorial at the hackathon

• transcribe and job now take a -D option to specify the location of the DAG (note: it's slightly different for each)
• job and submit now rely on the condor.jdl from the installation folder (this avoids making a copy to EOS, which cannot be used by HTC at CERN)
